I was thrilled to get the opportunity to have my bone density tested with the REMS Echolight.  It was easy and comfortable. I appreciated the information given to me before the scan, during it, and afterwards.  From what I understand it provides additional information about your bones that the DEXA scans do not provide, and you don’t have to wait two years to check your bone density progress as is usual with the DEXA scan.

The REMS Echolight scan technology is the way to go for determination of bone density, bone quality and fracture risk. It is more reliable and provides additional data that is not available through the Dexa scan process.  It uses ultrasound rather than radiation which is another win. I plan to get my scans on a yearly basis at Mona Lisa Wellness and continue to strengthen my bones at Osteostrong. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, super nice and committed to improving bone health.

I am happy to report m the Echolight experience was quick, easy and no discomfort whatsoever. I was relieved to have a recent, science tested test to evaluate bone health. I appreciate the opportunity to have this test. Thank you.
